How to build the factory in one year?
Between 2014 and 2016, Pavel Bilenko's team built a cutting-edge manufacturing facility in collaboration with an Italian partner. The site was a dilapidated Soviet plant that had just turned 80. The European partner transferred technology; in Russia, this is seen as a critical component of international partnerships.
The team implemented the latest manufacturing technologies, such as digital hydrodynamic analysis and a unique test center processing several hundred control signals to monitor the functioning of pumps, electric motors, frequency converters, and heat exchangers.
